Born and raised on Guam, I bring island-inspired warmth to every menu while mixing Guam favorites, Filipino dishes, Japanese & Korean inspired plates, American comfort foods, and savory pastas into crowd pleasing spreads that feel both familiar and elevated.Whether you’re hosting a birthday, baby shower, office gathering, or a full celebration, Shalicious offers flexible catering options from half pans and full pans for buffet-style service to small plates for a more curated feel. My signature Petite Plates package features ready-to-serve mini plates perfect for events, parties, and on-the-go moments fun, cute, and always a hit.Choose from a curated pre-set menu or build a custom menu based on your vibe, guest count, and favorites. Delivery and buffet setup available.
